 Alan Citron is currently a senior executive reporting to the CEO, Robert Glaser, of RealNetworks. He was the President of USA Networks Interactive where he managed Ticketmaster’s Internet business and brought it public with CitySearch in 1999.

 Bob Foster is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, where he teaches High Technology Marketing, Management Consulting and Business Plan Development. He was recently President of Thomas Bros. Maps and a VP of  Marketing and Sales for a division of Xerox.

 Eric A, Klein   is a corporate attorney and partner of Klein & Martin LLP, a Los Angeles law firm practicing in the areas of corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, computer law, financing start-up companies and venture capital.

 Dennis Duitch is a CPA and the Managing Partner of Duitch, Franklin & Company LLP, a Los Angeles based accounting firm.
